The CDO-CLO Group's mandate centers upon corporate credit and structured credit:

CDO Asset Management:

The group acts as portfolio manager for arbitrage CLOs on behalf of investors

• CLOs are collateralized loan obligation investment funds primarily focused on corporate loans
• Sourcing middle market loans from American Capital's Syndication Desk
• Sourcing and trading broadly syndicated senior debt securities through established financial institutions, with target rating of single B to BB

Principal CDO Investments:

The group originates and manages a growing portfolio of principal investments in CDOs

• CDOs are collateralized debt obligation investment funds, and includes CLOs as well as investment vehicles focused on other structured credit securities
• Growing portfolio now ~ $250 million
• Managing diversity of underlying CDO funds and managers of such funds

The CDO-CLO Group provides:

• Professional Expertise: Ten investment professionals with expertise in corporate credit across a wide range of industries and alternative credit-based investments, as well as portfolio management of such assets
