Tristan Parisot joined European Capital in March 2007 as Director. At European Capital, Tristan will have the responsibility of promoting and generating buyouts and mezzanine investments in the French market. Prior to joining European Capital, Tristan had worked for 10 years for 3i where he started as an Associate for the Paris office, then was Investment Manager in the Nantes office and, then lastly, was promoted to Director in the Paris office. Throughout his career at 3i, Tristan closed majority and minority buyout transactions, many of which were in the business services sector.

Tristan started his career in 1992 in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) as Asia manager for Agencinox, a French SME specializing in medical equipment manufacturing. He then went to Paris to work for three years as an auditor for KPMG Audit.

Tristan holds a degree from EM Lyon's School of Business.
