William Dyer

Bill Dyer joined American Capital, Ltd. in 2002 as an associate in the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Dyer worked at FOB, Inc., as a director of business development. Before FOB he worked at Bainbridge, Inc., a strategy consulting firm specializing in the medical industry. A co-founder and director of Bainbridge, Mr. Dyer directed research and due diligence for a number of transactions in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical products industries.

Mr. Dyer received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Duke University and an MBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Chicago.
